The New York State Journal of Health-system Pharmacy merged with The Journal of Pharmacy Practice in August 2008.  The Journal of Pharmacy Pracitce is the official journal of the New York State Council of Health-system Pharmacy. The Journal of Pharmacy Practice is a peer reviewed and indexed journal.  The NYSCHP Editorial Board consists of Editor, Henry Cohen, Associate Editors, Antonia Alafris, Gina Caliendo and Horatio Fung and Managing Editor, Debra Feinberg.
